RECRUITING
I
will place the ad for the dealer to run (3) three or (four)Days
depending on the area. I will do the screening process Monday and
Tuesday . After the screening process the dealer has the opportunity
to select the candidate(s) for employment from the prescreened prospects.
I will present the dealer with the employment application, the personality
profile, and a copy of their driver's license The training will
be done on Wednesday,
Thursday
and Friday or whenever we complete the training
manual.
